These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of KimpWatch (the “Service”) and set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Service and its users. By accessing or using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

These Terms establish the conditions for using the real-time cryptocurrency price and kimchi premium information provided by the Service, along with the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and disclaimers that apply to the Service and its users.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following words have the meanings below.
- Service — the website operated under the name KimpWatch, which provides cryptocurrency price comparisons and kimchi premium information, together with all related features.
- User — any visitor who accesses and uses the Service under these Terms.
- Kimchi premium — the difference, expressed as a percentage or otherwise, between the price of a cryptocurrency on Korean exchanges and its converted price on overseas exchanges.
- Content — all information and materials provided by the Service, including prices, premium figures, tables, explanatory text, and design.
3. Effect and Amendment of the Terms
- These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service.
- The Service may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- When the Terms are amended, the changes and their effective date will be announced on this page, and the amended Terms take effect from the announced date.
- Continued use of the Service after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amendments.
4. Matters Not Covered
Matters not addressed in these Terms, and questions of interpretation, are governed by applicable law and generally accepted practice.
5. The Service Provided
- The Service provides real-time prices and kimchi premium information, together with related tables and explanatory content, based on publicly available data from Korean and overseas exchanges.
- The Service is available to everyone without registration and free of charge.
- The Service offers convenience features including base and comparison exchange selection, coin search and sorting, favorites, chart viewing, and theme switching.
- The Service aims to be available 24 hours a day, year-round, except where Section 7 applies.
6. Changes to the Service
The Service may change all or part of its features, supported exchanges, displayed data, or composition for operational or technical reasons. Where changes are material, the Service will endeavor to give notice by reasonable means.
7. Suspension of the Service
The Service may temporarily suspend all or part of its operation in the following cases, possibly without prior notice:
- System inspection, maintenance, replacement, or failure
- Outages or policy changes at external data providers, including exchange APIs and exchange-rate sources
- Force majeure events such as power outages, natural disasters, or national emergencies
- Other substantial circumstances that make normal operation of the Service impracticable
8. Accuracy of Information; Disclaimer
- All Content provided by the Service is for reference only. Because the Service depends on data from external exchanges and exchange-rate providers, delays, errors, omissions, and interruptions may occur.
- The Service makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the information provided.
- Prices, exchange rates, and premium figures displayed by the Service may differ from actual executed prices or quotes on the exchanges. Always verify prices directly on the relevant exchange before trading.
9. Investment Risk Notice
- The information provided by the Service is not investment advice or a recommendation, and the Service does not endorse or guarantee the purchase or sale of any cryptocurrency.
- Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and carry the risk of losing your entire principal.
- You bear sole responsibility for all investment decisions made with reference to the Service’s information, and for their outcomes, including both gains and losses.
- The Service accepts no liability whatsoever for your investment results.
10. Third-Party Data and Links
The Service incorporates third-party data and links to external sites, including exchange APIs, TradingView, CoinMarketCap, and exchange-rate providers. The Service does not warrant the content, accuracy, legality, or availability of such external data and sites, and is not liable for any damage arising from them.
11. Intellectual Property
- Intellectual property rights in the Service’s design, screen layout, editorial works, and software belong to the operator of the Service.
- Rights in data received from third parties, such as prices and coin names, belong to the respective providers.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, adapt, or commercially exploit the Service’s Content without the operator’s prior written consent.
12. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
In connection with the Service, you must not:
- Place excessive load on the servers through automated bulk requests, scraping, crawling, or similar activity
- Interfere with the stable operation of the Service or attempt to intrude into its systems
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the Service to provide an identical or similar service without authorization
- Collect, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service’s Content without the operator’s consent
- Infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law or these Terms
13. Advertising and Partnerships
The Service may display advertisements or include partner links to support its operation. Any participation in, or transaction with, services offered by advertisers or partners is solely a matter between you and that third party, and the Service is not liable for any resulting damage.
14. Limitation of Liability

- Damage caused by delays, errors, or omissions in external data, or by interruption of the Service
- The outcomes of investments and trades you make using the Service’s information
- Damage attributable to your device, network environment, or third-party services
- Damage arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute between the Service and a user, both parties will first attempt to resolve it amicably in good faith; failing that, the dispute will follow the procedures and jurisdiction prescribed by applicable law.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
